Therefore, as this item is a special request item we cannot accept cancellations once they've been ordered. Any item that is delayed but still available will still be subject to the non-cancellation policy.

As these items can be limited in amount, even though we'll try our best to procure them, we might not be able to get them due to a lack of numbers. Should this be the case we will provide a full refund as soon as we're aware of the lack of availability. Also, this item is non-returnable unless the item is defective or incorrect and can only be returned after confirmation from ourselves. As with any item we sell, we will quality check the item before dispatch to minimise this as much as possible.

Please Note: We don't want to have this policy but we do need to protect ourselves from the possibility of too many cancellations/returns of these high-end items. We've seen other larger companies go under, being unable to shoulder the cost of cancelled pre-orders and/or the inability to sell returned goods.
