PRODUCTS

We'll have an item in stock and available for quick dispatch unless it's marked as 'Order In', 'Back-Order' or 'Pre-Order'.

Basically we don't currently have the item in stock. But before you fret, our suppliers do have it in stock and we're able to order it for you on our next order (typically at the start of every week). We'll dispatch your item once we receive it from our supplier and it's passed our own quality checks.

Our supplier(s) is currently out of stock of these items. However, we're still taking orders for them and can reserve them for you. We'll place an order for these items straight away and dispatch them to you as soon as they're available to us. These items are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. 'Back-Order' items may be subject to cancellation fees in the way of a deposit for adminstration and other costs involved in the initial ordering and subsequent cancellation of these items. These items haven't been released by our supplier yet but can still be ordered. We'll place the order straight away and dispatch as soon as they're available to us. Make sure to get your pre-orders in early to improve your chances on items with limited quantities as it's first come, first served. 'Pre-Order' items may be subject to cancellation fees in the way of a deposit for adminstration and other costs involved in the initial ordering and subsequent cancellation of these items. DELIVERY

At this moment in time we're only accepting orders from the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and the Channel Islands via the website.

We offer 2 delivery options; Standard or Express. Standard will typically take 2-3 days to get to you from dispatch. Express aims to get to you within 24 hours from dispatch.

Should you wish to make an order from outside of the UK contact us with details of what you would like to order and your address via contact.us@planetmerch.com and we'll send you a quote. You can also contact us via Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube using the links provided.

MAKING A PURCHASE

We offer many ways (all 100% secure) to make a payment for your order. Shopify Payments allow you to use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also have PayPal registered so you have the option to use PayPal Express Checkout for when you're in a rush. Our gift cards can also be used as payment for any orders you wish to make. Finally, we do offer options via third-party providers to spread the cost of your order, more information can be found below.

We use third-party providers that offer interest-free payment plans. Klarna offer multiple payment plans and more information can be found at www.klarna.com/uk. PayPal have also introduced multiple payment options and more information can be found at www.paypal.com. Laybuy allows you to spread the cost over 6 weekly payments, more information can be found at www.laybuy.com/uk.

MY ORDER

Standard delivery orders should typically be with you 2-3 days after dispatch. Express delivery orders aim to be with you within 24 hours of dispatch. Should your order contain 'Order In', 'Back-Order' or 'Pre-Order' items, dispatch will be longer as we wait for your whole order to arrive with us before dispatching. Should you wish to receive any items sooner we suggest making these in separate purchases. If you've already placed an order and would like to do this, we can arrange for items to be sent sooner for an additional shipping charge.

It depends when you order from us, as we tend to order from our suppliers at the start of each week. Then they have to send it to us and we quality check them before sending it out to you. This can take a little time and can vary depending on our own and our suppliers workload. As a rule of thumb please allow 10 working days from ordering before contacting us. However if your order is time sensitive, contact us and we'll do everything that we can to speed things up.

If we have restock dates from suppliers we will list them on the product page. These dates are estimates provided by our suppliers and are not guaranteed as they may be subject to change by circumstances out of our control. Should there be no date, contact us at contact.us@planetmerch.com and we'll do our best to get one from our suppliers. As soon as we receive the items they'll be dispatched straight to you in the same manner as 'Order In' items.

As long as your order has not been marked as 'Dispatched' we are able to help you in your request. Let us know of the changes you'd like to make at contact.us@planetmerch.com or by calling 01732 843413. If your order has been dispatched, any unwanted items will be subject to our returns policy and any additional items wanted will need to be ordered separatley.

As long as your order has not been marked as 'Dispatched' we are able to cancel and process a refund for your order immediately, with exception to orders containing 'Back-Order' and/or 'Pre-Order' items. These items may be subject to a refund reduction in the way of a deposit to cover any administration and other costs involved with the intial ordering and subsequent cancellation of these items. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a refund for any unwanted item(s). We're now including a return postage label with every order but you'll need to contact us before returning any items. As long as the requirements of our refund policy are met you'll receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that some items are non-returnable and delivery charges will not be refunded, as well as this return delivery charges will be deducted from your refund. Yes, yes there are. When you refer a friend who then goes on to make a purchase you'll both get a reward. Both of you will receive a £5 OFF coupon for your next spend of £50 or more.

For every 1 Planet Point earned you will be able to redeem £0.01 off your next order. These are able to be redeemed in increments of 1 so you will be able to use all of your available Planet Points. A minimum of 500 Planet Points will be required before you're able to redeem them and a maximum of 2000 Planet Points can be used per order.
