Orders

At this moment in time we're only accepting orders from the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and the Channel Islands via the website.

Should you wish to make an order from outside of the UK contact us with details of what you would like to order and your address via contact.us@planetmerch.com and we'll send you a quote.

We offer many ways (all 100% secure) to make a payment for your order. Shopify Payments allow you to use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also have PayPal registered so you have the option to use PayPal Express Checkout for when you're in a rush. Our gift cards can also be used as payment for any orders you wish to make. Finally, we do offer options via third-party providers to spread the cost of your order, more information can be found below.

Unfortunately we do not offer credit. We do however have third-party providers that offer interest-free payment plans. Laybuy allows you to spread the cost over 6 weekly payments, more information can be found at www.laybuy.com/uk. Klarna allows you to split you order into 3 monthly payments. They also offer other payment plans and more information can be found at www.klarna.com/uk.

The standard delivery option should hopefully be with you 48 hours after dispatch as we're now using Royal Mail. Express delivery should be with you within 24 hours when ordered by 11AM (GMT). Should your order contain 'Available to Order' or 'Pre-Order' items delivery will be longer, see below for more info.

As long as your order has not been marked as 'Dispatched' we are able to help you in your request. Let us know of the changes you'd like to make at contact.us@planetmerch.com or by calling 01732 682990. If your order has been dispatched, any unwanted items will be subject to our returns policy.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a refund for any unwanted item(s). We're now including a return postage label with every order but you'll need to contact us before returning any items. As long as the requirements of our refund policy are met you'll receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that some items are non-returnable and delivery charges will not be refunded, as well as this return delivery charges will be deducted from your refund. Available To Order

Basically we don't currently have the item in stock. But before you fret, our suppliers do have it in stock and we're able to order it for you on our next order (typically at the start of every week). We will take payment at the time of you making the order.

It depends when you order from us, as we tend to order from suppliers at the start of the week. Then they have to send it to us and we check it over for damage before sending it out to you. This can take a little time and can vary depending on our own and our suppliers workload. As a rule of thumb please allow 10 working days from ordering before contacting us. However if your order is time sensitive, contact us and we'll do everything that we can to speed things up.

So in this instance we will not send out any in stock items until we're ready to send out your whole order. It's better for us and it's better for the environment. Should you really wish to receive in stock item(s) straight away we recommend that you order in stock and available to order items separately, but think of the children first.

Sure you can. As long as you cancel/amend before we've dispatched your order, otherwise the order will be subject to our refund policy. Please note that if you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed with our supplier there will be an additional 3-5 working day period. This is to allow time for a refund to be issued by them, once this has cleared we'll process a refund to you immediately.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order we will take payment at the time of you making the order. We will try our best to honour the release date and notify you of any changes/delays to your order. You have the right to cancel/amend your order following the guidelines in our refund policy.

If we have release dates from suppliers we will list them on the product page. Should there be no date, contact us at contact.us@planetmerch.com and we'll do our best to get one from our suppliers. As soon as we receive the items they'll be dispatched straight to you.

When you place an order like this we may hold the in stock and/or available to order item(s) until the pre-order item(s) arrive with us, then dispatch them altogether. We will make this decision depending on the length of time between arrival dates. Should you wish to receive in stock item(s) straight away we recommend that you order in stock and pre-order items separately.

Yes, yes there are. When you refer a friend who then goes on to make a purchase you'll both get a reward. Both of you will receive a £5 OFF coupon for your next spend of £50 or more.

For every 1 Planet Point earned you will be able to redeem £0.01 off your next order. These are able to be redeemed in increments of 1 so you will be able to use all of your available Planet Points. A minimum of 500 Planet Points will be required before you're able to redeem them and a maximum of 2000 Planet Points can be used per order.
