The Strokes

The Strokes are an American rock band formed in New York City in 1998, known for their influential role in the revival of garage rock and post-punk in the early 2000s. The band consists of Julian Casablancas (lead vocals), Nick Valensi (guitar and backing vocals), Albert Hammond Jr. (guitar and backing vocals), Nikolai Fraiture (bass guitar), and Fabrizio Moretti (drums).
