We will order this item from our supplier after you've placed an order with us. Once we've ordered with our supplier, we are then committed to purchasing the item as this is a special request item. Therefore, as this item is a special request item we cannot accept cancellations once they've been ordered. Any item that is delayed but still available will still be subject to the non-cancellation policy.

As these items can be limited in amount, even though we'll try our best to procure them, we might not be able to get them due to a lack of numbers. Should this be the case we will provide a full refund. Also, this item is non-returnable unless the item is defective or incorrect and can only be returned after confirmation from ourselves. As with any item we sell, we will quality check the item before dispatch to minimise this as much as possible.
